The environmental lab provides documented evidence of environmental health and public safety. Environmental chemical and microbiological tests are routinely performed on milk, milk products and water. Specific analysis is provided when samples are submitted by sanitarians.

Blood samples are also tested for elevated lead levels.

The environmental lab is Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) approved and demonstrates CDC proficiency.

Medical Laboratory . . .
The medical lab provides medical testing to health department clinics and clients. The medical lab performs a broad spectrum of tests from simple pregnancy tests to more complex tests such as chlamydia and gonorrhea.

The medical lab participates in the Medical Laboratory Evaluation Program in order to maintain its proficiency.

Additional Services . . .

I really appreciate you letting me use the lab to test my water experiment.

The knowledge you have given me and the things I experienced gave me a better understanding of what I was doing.

Thank you.
