    October 3, 2006 - Animal advocat view remain mixes, but the Greene County Commission unanimously approves a new animal control law they hope will protect county residents from vicious dogs running loose. The law will go into effect January 1, 2007 and will empower Animal Control officers to impound dogs running loose in the newly designated Urban Animal Services Area.
