Brian has been with the Springfield Air Quality Control program since 1984. Previously he worked for the St. Louis County Air Pollution Control for more than three years. He graduated from the University of Missouri, Columbia in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science in Atmospheric Science.
Brian's primary duties are air permitting and emissions inventory tracking and auditing. He also does enforcement activity such as onsite industrial inspections and regulatory compliance, citizen complaint investigations and air monitoring quality assurance duties.
