How can I make a service request for getting work done?

• Submit your request online.
• Call 864-1010, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. M-F (Department of Public Information)
• Contact Public Grounds directly for grounds-related requests: 864-1136, 864-1998 (fax), or email.

When can I expect someone to come look at a problem that I've reported?

A member of the Public Grounds' staff will make every attempt to respond to requests within 72 hours of the initial report. In the event of an emergency situation, a member of our staff will be dispatched immediately upon receipt of the report. Following a storm, response times may be delayed.

When can I expect work to be done toward my service request?

If circumstances require that you know when the work related to your request will be performed, a member of our staff can contact you with an approximate schedule. Please call Public Grounds at 864-1136 to make these arrangements.
